West Hill Community Association (WHCA) reserves the right to restrict or remove any content that is deemed in violation of this event calendar policy or any applicable law.

*Acceptable Events*
Events submitted to the MyWestHill.org Event Calendar containing any of the following forms of content shall not be allowed for posting:

• Profane language or content;
• Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation;
• Sexual content or links to sexual content;
• Solicitations of commerce;
• Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity;
• Information that may tend to compromise the safety or security of the public or public systems; or
• Content that violates a legal ownership interest of any other party

The MyWestHill.org Event Calendar Moderator shall allow posting of all relevant events which are open to the public and located in or near the unincorporated West Hill area of King County, Washington, with the exception of the prohibited content listed above. All event postings shall be accompanied by valid event submitter contact information including a name, email address, and phone number.

*Recurring Events*
Recurring events may be posted on the MyWestHill.org Event Calendar up to a year out from the current date.

*Event Location*
Events posted on the MyWestHill.org Event Calendar should be located within the unincorporated Skyway-West Hill area of King County, Washington or its neighboring cities and neighborhoods if relevant to the Skyway-West Hill community. Exceptions to this policy will be allowed at the discretion of the Event Calendar Moderator.

*Ownership*
By submitting content, you affirm that you have the full rights to use the content and you are able to extend to WHCA the same rights. You take full responsibility for any content that violates existing laws or intellectual property rights, and agree to assume any and all associated fines, fees, and culpability. You absolve WHCA of all responsibility or liability for the content you provide.

*Moderation*
All event postings shall be moderated by a volunteer calendar moderator, who shall review and approve all event submissions for conformance to Acceptable Event standards. While our volunteers will do their best to review your event submission in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee anything - your patience and understanding is appreciated! Thanks for posting.
