If you live, work or spend time in West Hill, this is your chance to get insider knowledge everything happening in your community (and meet your neighbors!).
You’ll hear several special presentations in addition to community announcements and reports, including:
John Taylor, Assistant Division Director, Department of Natural Resources and Parks (DNRP) Water and Land Resources Division, will be giving a presentation on Surface Water Management fees.
Liz Stewart, Director of the Renton History Museum will talk about the “Sorting Out Race” exhibit & program
More guests: A rep from DNRP’s W&LR Division will speak about conservation, and some introductions from new King County Sheriff’s Office Precinct 4 staff.
2017 WHCA Board Elections:
Any West Hill resident 18+ can nominate or self-nominate from the floor, as well as vote. If you love your community, can commit to at least one meeting every second Wednesday of the month from 7-9pm and want to take an active role in making West Hill a more vibrant, safe and fun place to live – consider raising your hand or having someone else vouch for you at the meeting when we ask for nominations. We’re all volunteers, and your participation keeps this thing going.
